Finally!!! Hopped on the scales and 1.6kg had melted away overnight. The loss wasnt there on Friday but come saturday morning ... BINGO!! All the effort is finally showing in my results again. This is starting to be a pattern; lose nothing all month then a whopping movement. Nearly at the magic 40kg mark which marks the halfway point for me. Measurements are as follows (comparison with 29/12):

Chest 120cm (was 123)

Waist 114 (was 113)

Hip 130.5 (was 135)

Thigh 69 (was 69)

Having battled with the local Council and L&E Court since 2005, the School I am honorary Treasurer of has just been given the approval it needs to build a new primary School. Its been a hard slog and personally I have invested a lot of time and effort, along with many others, to bring the project to fruition including working out how we could afford to do it. Today we heard that the project has been approved and I feel like a weight has been shifted from my shoulders. The project was imperative to the long term well-being of the School and the new "so-called" democratic process which is not democratic at all is something i would not want anyone else to have to go through. Keeps the lawyers in business and saves Council from actually having to make a decision which may lose them a handful of votes. Wonderful...
